90 DAYS WARRANTY
We provide different types of warranty depending on what type of Repair or Product it is. The use of our repair Service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer. The Warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific Customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the Customer for any re-occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced / repaired only, however if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this Warranty. Furthermore, the Warranty will not cover accidental damage, nor will the cover extend should the device change ownership.
APPLE MAC
Almost all our MAC repairs come with a 3-month limited warranty as standard — the same as Apple offers. If our installed component isn’t functioning properly, stop by a US so we can make it right. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental, physical or liquid damage. Viruses, malware and spyware etc is not covered by the warranty.
LAPTOP DEVICES
Repairs carry a limited 3-month on replaced parts and labour except the following:
(a) liquid damage repair
(b) mainboard and PCB board repairs
(c) repairs with consumer supplied parts
(d) jack/plug replacements
(e) non-genuine Products
In the unlikely event, your unit becomes faulty within the warranty period please request a Warranty repair.
We will investigate and respond within 3 working days. If the problem is related to the initial repair, we will carry out a further repair free of charge and return at no cost. Has the unit issues not related to the original repair we will quote and contact you.

What’s covered:
Majority of parts we replace during a repair are covered under our limited warranty, provided there is no new physical damage to your device (e.g. the device has been dropped or damaged in some way after the repair.) If a part is defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
For most repairs, we offer a 3 months warranty on parts. There may be some exclusions, for specific information it is best to contact us directly.
